Hario V60 Pour Over
This is our standard brew method. Brewing coffee in a Hario V60 ensures that your cup of coffee is super fresh and well extracted allowing you to enjoy coffee the way it’s meant to taste—damn good. (12 oz)
This mighty pot brews up your coffee without any filter at all—just beans and hot water hanging out for a glorious five minutes. By coarsely grinding the beans, this brew method takes advantage of all the surface area of the beans to bring you a wonderfully robust cup of coffee. We recommend brewing darker roasts in the French Press. Available in full (about 2 cups) or half (about 1 cup) sizes.
Pronounced like the first half of the word 'chemistry' and the letter X, this sleek modern miracle was invented in 1941 and brews up a bright clean cup of coffee due to its super thick filter. We recommend brewing lighter roasts in the Chemex. Available in full (about 4 cups) or half (about 2 cups) sizes.
It's traditional. It's delicious. It's a great way to warm up on a cool day. Trust us when we say that you'll miss it once it's gone.

Our classic cold brew, brewed in cold water for 24 hours to create a well rounded cup of iced coffee low on acidity and high on awesome.

When you are craving an IPA and know your boss ain’t down with that at 1PM, grab one of our cold brews hopped up for a uniquely bitter and summery jolt. Choose between the Tulp (flowery hops) or the Town Crier (fruit-forward hops).
Roasted cacoa nibs tangled up with our classic cold brew and a bit of vanilla to create a bold dark chocolate profile in an already killer cup of cold press coffee.
Our hot beverages come in 12 oz cups, iced drinks are 16 oz. Nearly everything can be iced. Ask questions, we’d love to help you find your new favorite drink.
Americano: A double shot of espresso over hot water
Breve: A double shot of espresso with steamed half & half
Cafe Miel: A double shot of espresso with steamed milk, honey, vanilla, & a dash of cinnamon
Caramel Macchiato: A layered latte of vanilla, steamed milk, and espresso—topped with caramel drizzle
Cappuccino: A double shot of espresso with 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 foam (10oz)
Frappe: A blended treat of espresso, ice cream mix, ice and the flavoring of your choice
Havana: A double shot of espresso pulled over brown sugar with a bit of warmed half & half (5oz)
Latte: A double shot of espresso with steamed milk
Sometimes you don’t want to stay awake til 4 AM watching cat videos. We don’t understand, but we’ll oblige.
Chai: We’ve been told our chai is the best around. Try it hot or iced, we’re certain you’ll agree. Black tea blended with warm Indian spices and milk.
Hot Chocolate: We don’t have marshmallows, but we certainly will smile when we bring it to you, so there’s that.
Italian Soda: Bubbly water with sugary flavors, its fancy pop flavored in whatever weird combo you come up with — add heavy cream if you want.
Pop: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sioux City Sarsaparilla, Bunderberg’s Ginger Beer
Smoothies: Blended fruit puree with ice. Strawberry, Peach, Mango, or Banana *NO DAIRY*
Steamers: Steamed milk mixed with the flavor you’re craving.
Tea: Drink our tea hot or iced. We have Black Assam Tea or a vast array of blended of teas, herbs, spices and flowers. Ask about our favorites, or check them out next time you stop in. Available to purchase by the oz.
